In her over 20 years of experience with Keppel, Ms. Lim has held various senior leadership positions. She was the Director of Group Corporate Development of Keppel Corporation Limited and concurrently the founding Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions (KUS). Prior to this, Ms. Lim was the Executive Director of Infrastructure Services at Keppel Infrastructure Holdings. 

Her key directorships include Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Ammonia Energy Association, Enterprise Singapore, Pro-Enterprise Panel under Ministry of Trade & Industry, MET Holding AG, Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd, , Keppel Energy Pte Ltd, Keppel Electric Pte Ltd, Keppel Gas Pte Ltd, Keppel New Energy Pte Ltd, Keppel DHCS Pte Ltd, Keppel EaaS Pte Ltd, Keppel Seghers Pte Ltd, Keppel Seghers Belgium NV,  Keppel Sustainability Solutions Pte Ltd, Keppel Operations Nerve Centre Pte Ltd , Keppel Renewable Energy Pte Ltd, and Keppel Management Ltd.

Ms. Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical & Production) (Second Upper Honors) from Nanyang Technological University and an Executive MBA from the Singapore Management University.
