The AM2024 event is by invitation only. Please contact your primary Baker Hughes Sales representative to show your interest in being considered for nomination for the 2024 edition or future events.

Delegates and employees can book their accommodation through the official invitation registration system. Each invitee will have received a unique link to this portal via their official Annual Meeting invitation. 

For any special accommodation needs or requests, please contact the Baker Hughes designated AM2024 support agency, Micromegas at: accommodation@am-registration.bakerhughes.com

Please send your request to: logistics@am-registration.bakerhughes.com, preferably by January 20.

Please consider that for onsite requests, due to limited availability, an additional fee may be charged.

The Annual Meeting 2024 will take place at the Florence Opera House in Florence, Italy on January 28-30, 2024.

The address for the Annual Meeting is: The Opera House, Piazzale Vittorio Gui, 1, 50144 Florence.

The suggested dress code for the gala reception is business attire.

Our gala reception will consist of a combination of food, aperitivo, entertainment (Opera Performance) and a chance to business network.
