Renée joined the World Economic Forum in 2015 as Community Lead Oil & Gas and has subsequently worked on European governmental relations and co-led the Mission Possible Partnership’s Aluminium and Steel sectoral initiatives. 

Before joining the Forum, Renée was a commodities trade finance banker at ABN AMRO’s New York and Amsterdam offices, dedicated to US-based Oil and Gas trading companies.

As the Head of Oil and Gas, Renée is responsible for supporting the CEOs and Strategy Officers communities defining a collective industry agenda. She drives the engagement of partners in the Oil and Gas sector across platforms of the Forum to deliver value to partner companies while supporting the Forum's mission. 

As part of the leadership team of Global Industries, Renée also contributes to the development and execution of the broader energy industry engagement strategy.
